what a day.. today my frens (CT, Kinah and Nadiah) and i went to CCK stadium gym to work out.. we were quite lost about how to use the machine.. thank goodness the instructor helped us.. let see which machine we tried out.. firstly, the bicycles.. both the normal one and another one which have the pedal higher and the seat lower.. ahahaha.. then the "ice skiing" machine my favourite... after that all of us tried the treadmill... then the weight thingy.. there were three of them i didn't know what it called... wow!!... i never thought that i would go to the gym.. ahahaha.. bravo to all my friends for manage to work out up till an hour.. hehehe.. then we all decide to go to Lot 1... by the time we exited from the gym, it was getting dark.. and within seconds.. it was raining cats and dogs... i was the only one who brought the umbrella.. but then all of us decided to drenched ourselves wet.. it was FANTASTIC... as we went down the steep staircase to go to the bus stop, i re-enact one of the "Helena" scene from my Chemical Romance video with my umbrella as i descend down the stairs... it was EXTREMELY fun... the rain became heavier as we made our way to the bus stop... after all that.. all of us felt very thrilled... as if we have deprived childhood... see what 10 months of preparing for O's do to you... hehehe.. then we all went to Long John Silver to put in some calories.. hehehe.. then i have to go back home... it was fun.. so pals... lets work out again.. !!!
